Ride starts 1:30pm from Kendal Leisure Centre 18 - 20 miles
Kendal Leisure Centre to Sizergh, Brigsteer woods, Underbarrow, Staveley to Sprint Mill.
Social at Sprint Mill from 4pm - Jacobs join, BBQ
Volunteers required to help set up, take food to Sprint Mill, help with BBQ etc.
